Aaron Craig works in culture and communication. A resident of Florence for 12 years, Aaron owns Evolving Design (www.evolving-design.com), a boutique design and marketing agency, and Performance International ( www.performance-international.net), a professional production company for theater and music.

Trained at the Pacific Conservatory for the Performing Arts in Santa Maria, California, Aaron has worked in theater and film for over 15 years. He has directed theater in Italian and English in Italy, owned an acting school in Florence, and continues to teach in private workshops. Aaron has a solid background in classical theater, and specializes in Shakespeare and Commedia.

He is a co-founder of the Florence International Theatre Company, and was co-artistic director there until February 2008.

He is active in the community, especially with the study abroad community, and actively promotes better cultural exchange between visiting students and the local population through a variety of cultural activities and programs.

In Florence he has directed "Romeo e Giulietta", "Agnes of God" and Pinter's "The Dumb Waiter". He was the American soldier at the end of Benigni's "La Vita e Bella" and has also appeared in the cinema in "Hannibal" and Daniele Vicari's "Orizzonte degli Eventi".

Ha diretto spettacoli teatrali in italiano e inglese in Italia, è stato proprietario di una scuola di recitazione a Firenze e continua a tenere workshop privati. Con una solida preparazione nel teatro classico, è specializzato in Shakespeare e nella Commedia dell'Arte. E' uno dei fondatori della Florence International Theatre Company di cui è stato condirettore artistico fino al febbraio 2008.

Attivo in campo sociale, soprattutto in ambito studentesco, promuove i rapporti fra studenti stranieri e la comunità fiorentina attraverso una'ampia gamma di attività e programmi culturali.

A Firenze ha diretto Romeo e Giulietta, Agnes of God e The Dumb Waiter di Pinter. Era il soldato americano alla fine di La vita è bella di Benigni ed è apparso in Hannibal e Orizzonte degli eventi di Daniele Vicari.
