Past Events
Since 1996, the Tuscan American Association has offered traditional annual events in recognition of the close ties between Tuscany and the United States:
- Independence Day (July 4th)
- Welcome Day for American students studying in Tuscany
- the Tuscan American Award ceremony on the occasion of Welcome Day
- Holiday Best Wishes in December
- and a reception in honor of the United States’ Presidents’ Day in February
Fully supported by local public authorities, the Association has enjoyed the hospitality offered by the Region of Tuscany, the Province of Florence, the City of Florence and the United States Consulate General for the various events.
In addition, since 1996 we have offered the Tuscan and international community Election Night festivities every four years on the occasion of the United States Presidential Election.
